“The Master Innholders has always been at the peak of the hotel and hospitality industry, so to be recognised by such a highly esteemed body gives me a fantastic sense of pride; I feel very honoured.
With a real passion for the very best standards of customer service, food and drink, I have been extremely lucky to spend much of my career at the Montagu Arms Hotel and Careys Manor Hotel, supported by many exceptional individuals in my team through the years. What’s more, working in a unique environment such as the New Forest is something that I will never take for granted.
When it comes to helping develop the future of the industry, we work closely with Brockenhurst College, one of the leading catering training providers in the country. Showcasing our commitment to helping the next generation of hospitality professionals develop their experience, we offer a number of apprenticeships and training programmes within many of the key roles across the estate.”
