“Having been in the wedding industry for more than 15 years, I have seen a variety of wedding ‘styles’, from very intimate gatherings for 2, to larger themed weddings,” says Francoise.

Her own wedding was a challenge most co-ordinators wouldn’t be able to achieve!

“I was living in the Bahamas and had to plan a wedding to be held in France. Everything was planned and dealt with by post or telephone as there were no emails in 1980s, so I learnt a lot about the importance of organisation”.
