We’re excited to tell you about our supercharged menu in collaboration with Spring Green London. This new partnership not only celebrates a spa focused on health of the mind, body and soul yet also a Chef dedicated to nutrient-rich ingredients.

Founder of Spring Green London, Bonnie Stowell

Bonnie Stowell, the founder of botanical superfood delivery company Spring Green London has devised a new breakfast and lunch menu for our New Forest hotelto provide a culinary experience for visitors who want to be as healthy on the inside, as they look on the outside.

Spring Green London’s philosophy is to use the power of fresh, multitasking foods – using innovative ingredients from around the world, all with a plant-based focus. The well balanced, carefully crafted meals use a hybrid of raw and cooked foods for full nutritional benefit and beautifying properties, helping to make skin healthy, hydrated and bright.  It’s the perfect addition to SenSpa, a multi award-winning spa in the magical New Forest.
