Our Top 5 Festive Cocktails

What would you give to have a lovely festive Christmas cocktail during this dull weather? Everybody loves a tipple at Christmas time, which is why we have created some beautifully crafted festive cocktails to bring a little spice to the season!

Sit back in our cosy lounge, admiring the beautiful Christmas decorations created by Owen Lavin of Little Lillies and sip the delicious flavours of cinnamon, gingerbread and cranberry whilst warming up by the roaring log fire.

1. Dirty Santa

If you prefer a refreshing tipple, the Dirty Santa has 35ml Vodka, 25ml Cointreau finished with Ginger Beer for a very unexpected and spicy aroma!

2. The Concierge

For those who prefer a sweeter cocktail! Including simple ingredients of 15ml Strawberry Liqueur and 125ml Champagne. This cocktail is named after our very own Head Concierge Colin Parkes, as he is ever so sweet!

3. Royale Ginger

Our personal favourite this Christmas. Even the smell of the delicious ginger bread accompanied with bubbles brings back lovely nostalgic memories of Christmas. The Royale Ginger includes 15ml Gingerbread Syrup and 125ml Prosecco.

4. The Blackadder

For a classic favourite, try this delicious rum with a hint of cinnamon for that festive feel. The Blackadder includes 35ml Spiced Rum, 15ml Cinnamon Syrup and Coca-Cola.

5. The Very Merry Berry

Finally Christmas cocktails don’t all have to be spicy! This fruity special includes 35ml gin, 25ml Grand Mariner, Cranberry Juice and is simply delicious!

We don’t mind which boozy beverage you enjoy! We just want to ensure that you enjoy it guilt-free, it is Christmas after all!

After you’ve tried these lovely drinks why get a taxi home when you could book one of our late availability breaks, head back to one of our luxurious bedrooms for the night and cure that sore head with a delicious New Forest Breakfast.
