At the top of the London eye in our own private capsule with champagne and chocolates, it was very romantic!
I wanted to be a bit different so wore a silver fitted wedding dress with a beautiful feather white shrug for the winter wedding theme!
The Groom’s Outfit
A lovely grey suit with cream and dark purple waistcoat and tie – very handsome!
Just one little flower girl in a pale silver dress with purple ribbon to match me, she is my friend’s daughter.
Very personal with just 25 guests in the lounge and with the fire roaring it was lovely and cosy. My dad and son walked me down the aisle and the room and ceremony were just what we were looking for with our Christmas wedding.
After the ceremony we had a magician entertain us in the bar before we moved on for our reception which looked amazing all sat round a big oval table enjoying a relaxing meal for the evening.
Cream roses with little diamonds in and purple and silver sprays
Tell us about the décor you chose?
We had chairs covered in white with dark purple ribbons and covered the table with little crystals and candles. For name places we used crackers and as the Christmas decorations were up it finished the room perfectly with the hanging baubles.
How do you feel the day went?
Perfect – even better than we could of imagined. The venue was just how we imagined our winter wedding to be and although the coordinator wasn’t there the trainee manager looked after us so well and we were really made to feel so special.
Any particular memories stand out for you?
Waking up in our 4 poster bed and having breakfast brought to our room was lovely way to end our perfect wedding.
