Team building is important because your company’s success starts with a shared vision and a culture centered around teamwork. A sense of unity will inspire a cohesive commitment to your business objectives and this begins with building trust between your team members.
We talk to Christian Grose from our event partners’The Team Building Company’ about how their range of motivating and experiential activities will put your company on the road to success.
Who are The Team Building Company?
With more than 25 years experience, The Team Building Company is the leading corporate events companies in the UK. We are able to provide a wide range of outdoor, indoor and evening events to meet the needs of your team. Our staff work closely with clients to pin point exactly what they are looking to gain from their day and which of our events would best suit their needs.
What event solutions are you able to offer?
We have a huge range of in-house equipment that we maintain to the highest standard to ensure that we give our clients the best possible experience. For example our deviously tricky ‘Ultimate challenge’ is a fantastic indoor event that will really bring out the fast paced competitive spirit of any team! Or if you’re after something a little more active, our ‘It’s a Knock Out’ is the perfect event to get the heart pumping, with teams competing head to head on our range of inflatable activities!
Where are you based?
Based in Lymington on the South Coast, we are able to provide our services across the length and breadth of the country, working closely with select venues to host our fantastic range of activities.
Careys Manor is a superb venue that we frequently work with, only a stone’s throw away from our offices they are the perfect New Forest venue to host any of our team building events utilising their range of conference rooms and new activity field.
One of the most recent events they have hosted for us has been our ‘Hidden Quest Mountain Bike’, 50 people split into 10 teams set off across the hotels grounds and surrounding area on mountain bikes to complete our GPS tablet based treasure hunt.
